Vendor Application Forms
Thank you for your interest in the Summer at the Centre Markets. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants are subject to review and approval by the Summer at the Centre Event Coordinator.
Apply as a Regular 10x10 Tent Vendor
This form is for vendors offering non consumable products or services only.
Apply as a Consumable 10x10 Tent Vendor
For vendors selling or distributing food, drinks, or samples meant for consumption.
Apply as a Food Truck/Trailer Vendor
This form is to apply to be a food vendor with a truck/trailer.
