Summer at the Centre 2026: What a Summer!

Summer at the Centre celebrated its 10th year in 2026, and Spruce Grove showed up in a big way.

Across four summer evenings on July 4, July 18, August 1 and August 15, more than 14,900 people came together in the heart of Spruce Grove City Centre for live music, cultural performances, local shopping, food trucks, family activities, beer gardens and plenty of summer fun.

It was our biggest year yet, with attendance increasing approximately 42% over 2025.

Four nights. 14,900+ attendees. One incredible City Centre.

A Summer That Reached Far Beyond Spruce Grove

Summer at the Centre continues to grow into a destination event. Our visitor map recorded guests from 25 communities and locations across Alberta, Canada and internationally, including Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Victoria, Ontario, Newfoundland—and even England, Ireland, Belgium and the Philippines.

Each event brought together 105–120 vendors and food trucks, along with 15 entertainment acts featuring local, regional and cultural talent. From live music and dance to West African drumming, lion dancing, magic, balloon art, face painting, henna, bouncy castles and more, there was something happening around every corner.

And Online? We Almost Hit One Million Facebook Views.

Facebook views alone grew approximately 71% over 2025, helping showcase not only Summer at the Centre, but Spruce Grove City Centre as a place to shop, dine, gather and experience.
