Summer at the Centre 2025: A Season to Remember
This summer, Spruce Grove’s City Centre came alive with four unforgettable evenings of music, culture, food, and community. Over 10,500 people gathered on July 5, 19, August 2, and 16 to celebrate Summer at the Centre 2025—making it our biggest season yet.
From headline acts like Secondhand Dreamcar, Jenesia, Calan & Cole, and Silver Wedding Band to vibrant cultural performances including lion dance, Filipino and Indonesian dance, and more, the stage was filled with energy and diversity. Families enjoyed barrier-free activities like face painting, balloon art, henna, and roaming mascots, while more than 120 vendors and food trucks created a buzzing marketplace each night.
Our community connection stretched far beyond Spruce Grove, drawing visitors from across the Edmonton region, Alberta, and even from as far as B.C. and Calgary. Online, the excitement was just as strong—Facebook reach grew nearly 400% compared to 2024, with Instagram and website engagement also doubling.
None of this would have been possible without the support of our 24 incredible sponsors who believed in the vision of bringing people together in the heart of the city. Every performance, every shared meal, and every smile was a direct reflection of their investment in community vibrancy.
A few words from those who made the season special:
“I look forward to these events every summer. They are so great for the city.” – Attendee
“It’s been a game-changer for my business.” – Vendor
“I loved performing for such a great community crowd.” – Performer
As we look back with gratitude, we’re already looking ahead. Summer at the Centre will return in 2026—with tentative dates set for July 4, July 18, August 1, and August 15. Planning begins this fall, and we can’t wait to build on the success of 2025.
Thank you for making this summer one to remember. See you next year in the heart of Spruce Grove!
