Summer Market Honorariums
Thank you for your interest in the Volunteer Honorarium. Applications will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Previous participation does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants are subject to review and approval by the City Centre Market Event Coordinator.
Honorarium Opportunities
Day Markets: Set-Up and Tear-down
$550 per day market
Station 1A:
Evening before set-up
Number of volunteers needed: 8 (must be 18+)
Shift time: 9:00pm -10:30pm
Duties:
Moving barricades into temporary places. Heavy lifting required.
Setting garbage/recycle cans out in temporary locations.
Other duties as assigned by event coordinator(s).
Station 1B:
Tear-down
Number of volunteers needed: 8 (must be 18+)
Shift time: 3:30pm - 6:30pm
Duties: Assisting with dismantling the event site as directed by event coordinator(s). Heavy lifting required.
Day Markets: Vendor Load-in Attendants
$550 per day market
Station 2:
Vendor load-in attendants
Number of volunteers needed: 9 (must be 18+)
Shift time: 7:00am - 11:00am
Duties:
Check point volunteers stationed at key barricades to assist vendors with checking in when they arrive to site.
Assisting and guiding vendors to their vendor stalls. .
Other duties as assigned by event coordinator(s)

Your personal information is being collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for the purpose of qualifying your honorarium application for the events organized and executed by the Spruce Grove City Centre Business Association. Information will be held securely in our records for seven years and then destroyed and may be used to contact you for future volunteer opportunities with the Spruce Grove City Centre Business Association.
