              You are invited to the 2022 City Centre Scarecrow Decorating Contest!!!
              Businesses throughout the City Centre are putting their creative skills to use as they create beautiful and fun scarecrows within the theme of "BELOVED KIDS BOOK CHARACTERS'.
              We will have some AMAZING prizes to be won.
